-When employees terminate employment, an official written notification (which specifies the employee’s last day of employmentto the supervisor and the HR and Payroll Manager is required. The employee will also need to schedule an exit meeting with the HR and Payroll Coordinator for final business such as turning in keys, procurement/travel cards and identification.
